I am a practicing psychoanalytic psychotherapist. As a dedicated professional, I am committed to providing a safe and confidential space for the individuals to explore their inner world, gain insight into their unconscious patterns and cultivate meaningful change. With a foundation in psychoanalytic theory, I integrate various therapeutic techniques to each individual’s unique needs, fostering self awareness, resilience and empowerment.
I am also a person with a deep reverence for nature. I integrate the healing power of natural world into my therapeutic practice. I believe in the restorative influence of nature in fostering resilience and wellbeing. Through my sessions I invite clients to reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world, drawing strength from its beauty and abundance.

My approach in the sessions is influenced by my natural inclination as a quiet observer. I believe in the power of attentive listening and subtle observation to facilitate profound insights and transformative growth. With a gentle and introspective demeanor, I create a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I guide individuals on a journey of self-exploration and healing, allowing them to uncover the hidden truths within their own psyche at their own pace. In the quiet moments of reflection and introspection, we unravel the complexities of the human experience, discovering new layers of understanding and self awareness. Together, we navigate the depths of the unconscious, embracing the richness of silence and observation as catalysts for personal growth and empowerment.

My therapeutic approach is characterized by a synthesis of Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavior therapy, person centered and humanistic principles. I believe in the power of collaboration, empathy, transparency and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship, while also incorporating practical strategies and techniques to address specific cognitive and behavioral patterns.

Apart from being a therapist I am also a mom to a 3 year old kid. Becoming a mother has been the most transformative experience of my life. From the tender moments of cuddles and laughter to the sleepless nights and unexpected tantrums, every aspect of motherhood has deepened my understanding of unconditional love, patience and resilience.
